摘要
8103工作面回风巷采用小煤柱沿空掘巷方式布置,在掘进初期,片帮冒顶频繁。为减少巷道变形,在掘进前超前布孔注浆,掘进后对压力显现较大的地段用锚索进行补强,但效果一般。为此,对原支护设计方案进行优化,采用优化后的设计方案,巷道顶板下沉量和煤帮位移量较小,巷道顶板完整,两帮整齐,巷道围岩变形得到有效的控制。
The return air roadway of the 8103 working face is arranged by the way of driving roadway along goaf with small coal pillar.In the initial stage of tunneling,the roof fall is frequent.In order to reduce the roadway deformation,grouting is arranged in advance before excavation,and anchor cables are used to reinforce the areas with high pressure after tunneling,but the effect is general.For this reason,the original support design scheme is optimized,and the optimized design scheme is adopted,the roadway roof subsidence and coal displacement are small,the roadway roof is complete,the two sides are neat,and the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is effectively controlled.
