潘西煤矿多功能钻孔防治灾害技术研究

摘要 潘西矿工作面最大采深已达1100 m,煤层地应力大,局部煤层瓦斯涌出异常。6198工作面需进行应力卸压、瓦斯抽放和注水降尘措施,因钻孔施工数量多、工作量大,多种钻孔之间相互影响较严重。利用数值模拟和现场测试分析研究了钻孔应力卸压、瓦斯抽采和煤层注水参数,提出了采用多功能钻孔防治灾害技术方法并进行现场应用。 The maximum mining depth of the working face of Panxi Coal Mine has reached 1100 m,the in-situ stress of the coal seam is large,and the gas emission from the local coal seam is abnormal.6198 working face needs to carry out stress relief,gas drainage and water injection dust reduction measures,because of the large number of drilling construction and heavy workload,the interaction between many kinds of boreholes is serious.The parameters of borehole stress relief,gas extraction and coal seam water injection are studied by numerical simulation and field test,the multi-function borehole disaster prevention technology is put forward and applied in the field.
