深井通风进风段降阻及系统优化

摘要 针对星村煤矿进风段通风阻力大易造成通风系统紊乱、风机电耗高的难题,为降低矿井进风段通风阻力,通过测算及通风系统研究将三采区一进两回的通风方式改为两进一回的通风方式,即将集中回风巷改为辅助进风巷形成两条进风巷道。系统优化后降低了进风段通风阻力,确保了通风系统的稳定性和经济性。 In view of the problem that the ventilation resistance in the air intake section of Xingcun Coal Mine is easy to cause ventilation system disorder and high fan power consumption,in order to reduce the ventilation resistance in the air intake section,through calculation and ventilation system research,the ventilation mode of one entry and two return in the NO.3 mining area is changed into two entry and one return ventilation mode,that is,the centralized return air roadway is changed into an auxiliary air intake roadway to form two air intake roadways.After the optimization of the system,the ventilation resistance of the intake section is reduced,and the stability and economy of the ventilation system are ensured.
