D齿轮传感器国产化替代方案的研究与设计

摘要 高精度位置编码器与摆角传感器在实际应用中由于机械安装、防护等问题导致其使用寿命较短,数据不准确,可靠性低。针对以上问题,对JOY采煤机D齿轮传感器与国内行走传感器进行研究与分析,提出一种基于JOY采煤机D齿轮传感器国产化替代方案。经验证,该传感器可实现对JOY采煤机实时行走速度、方向、位置数据进行检测,可解决采煤机断电溜车时数据记录问题。 In the practical application of high-precision position encoder and swing angle sensor used by relevant domestic enterprises to realize shearer automation,the service life is short,the data is not accurate and the reliability is low due to mechanical installation,protection and other problems.In view of the above problems,the D gear sensor of JOY shearer and the domestic walking sensor are studied and analyzed,and a domestic alternative scheme of D gear sensor of shearer based on JOY is put forward.It is proved that the sensor can detect the real-time data of speed,direction and position of JOY shearer and solve the problem of data recording when the shearer is off.
