摘要
为提高变电所故障处理效率,保证矿井正常生产,针对传统井下变电所存在固守人员较多、故障率高的低效率问题,对白沟煤矿井下变电所以基于以太网建立的电力监测监控系统及变电所环境监测监视管理系统为技术改造方案。通过现场实践后,实现井下变电所无人值守智能化、科学化管理,改造前后设备故障率由5%下降到1%,每年可节约人力资源及变电所运维成本206万元。
In order to improve the fault handling efficiency of the substation and ensure the normal production of the mine,in view of the low efficiency of the traditional underground substation,the power monitoring and monitoring system based on Ethernet and the environmental monitoring and management system of the substation are the technical transformation scheme for the underground substation of Baigou Coal Mine.After on-site practice,the unattended intelligent and scientific management of underground substations has been realized,and the equipment failure rate has been reduced from 5% to 1% before and after the transformation,which can save human resources and substation operation and maintenance costs of 2.06 million yuan a year.
