地方高校质量文化建设现状及文化育人品牌创建实践——以山东科技大学为例

质量文化是高等教育内涵式发展的核心。质量文化建设在营造良好学习氛围、创造优良校风学风的工作中发挥着举足轻重的作用。针对当前高校在质量文化思想观念建设、基础设施与文化设施、教学科研仪器设备与资源配置、校园环境与生态景观等设施条件建设方面存在的问题和不足,山东科技大学加强机制和体制建设,打造了一系列校园文化品牌活动,在构建高校特色质量文化育人路径方面做出了积极的尝试,形成了与高水平大学相适应的质量文化体系,推动了学校教育质量文化建设再上新台阶。

Quality culture is the core of the connotative development of higher education.The construction of quality culture plays an important role in creating a good learning atmosphere and creating a good school spirit and study style.In view of the problems and deficiencies in the construction of quality and cultural concepts,infrastructure and cultural facilities,teaching and scientific research instruments and resources,campus environment and ecological landscape in colleges and universities,Shandong University of Science and Technology should strengthen mechanism and system construction.A series of campus culture brand activities have been created,a positive attempt has been made in constructing the educational path of characteristic quality culture in colleges and universities,a quality culture system suitable for high-level universities has been formed,and it has promoted the construction of school education quality culture to a new level.
