摘要 为解决一次浮选精煤灰分高,掺配主洗精煤后造成主洗精煤“背灰”问题,王楼煤矿选煤厂采用“一粗一精”煤泥二次精选浮选工艺对一次浮选工艺系统进行升级改造。“一粗一精”煤泥二次精选浮选工艺应用效果较好,对煤泥煤质特性适应性强,解决了高灰细泥对浮选精煤的灰分污染,降低了浮选精煤灰分,避免了掺配后主洗精煤“背灰”问题,提高了精煤综合产率,增加了矿井整体经济效益。 In order to solve the problem of "back ash" of primary washed clean coal caused by high ash content of primary flotation clean coal mixed with main washed clean coal,the secondary flotation process of "one coarse and one fine" slime was adopted in Wanglou Coal Mine Preparation Plant to upgrade the primary flotation process system.The application effect of "one coarse and one fine" slime secondary cleaning flotation process is good,and it has strong adaptability to the quality characteristics of slime coal,which solves the ash pollution of flotation clean coal caused by high ash and fine slime,reduces the ash content of flotation clean coal,avoids the problem of "back ash" of main washed clean coal after blending,the comprehensive yield of clean coal is improved and the overall economic benefit of the mine is increased.
