摘要
为了提高居民生活供水的可靠性和稳定性,设计了一套基于三菱FX3U型PLC和MCGS触摸屏组态技术的变频恒压供水系统。通过对恒压供水工作原理的分析,设计了控制系统的总体框图、软硬件和组态系统,该系统选用PLC自带的PID控制算法,将管网压力控制在标准范围内。通过仿真和实物进行调试,结果表明,该系统改善了供水质量,减小了设备与能源损耗,获得了较高的控制精度。
In order to improve the reliability and stability of residential water supply, a variable frequency constant pressure water supply system based on Mitsubishi FX3U PLC and MCGS touch screen configuration technology was designed. Through the analysis of the working principle of constant pressure water supply, the overall block diagram, hardware and software and configuration system of the control system are designed. The system uses the PID control algorithm of PLC to control the pipe network pressure within the standard range. The results show that the system improves the quality of water supply, reduces the loss of equipment and energy, and achieves high control precision.
