基于人机交互友好型酒店智慧人力运营管理平台设计

Design of Intelligent Human Operation Management Platform Based on Humancomputer Interaction Friendly Hotel

本文对人机交互友好型酒店的智慧人力运营管理平台进行设计,主要从职业岗位招募,高端服务整体打包,酒店培训提升三大模块展开,提出针对不同角色的功能需求的平台设计思路,用以完成实践教学管理培训;结合平台的信息发布管理、汇总统计管理等功能模块进行具体分析。测试结果表明,该系统能够有效满足职业院校学生实践需求、满足酒店企业招聘和临时用工需求,也能够突显酒店企业人力资源智慧平台的功能性和特色性,具有一定的实用价值和现实意义。

This paper designs the intelligent human operation and management platform of human-computer interaction friendly hotel,it is mainly carried out from three modules:Job recruitment,overall packaging of high-end services and hotel training and improvement,put forward the platform design ideas for the functional requirements of different roles,to complete practical teaching management training;Combined with the information release management,summary statistics management and other functional modules of the platform.The test results show that,the system can effectively meet the practical needs of vocational college students and the recruitment and temporary employment needs of hotel enterprises,it can also highlight the functionality and characteristics of the human resources intelligence platform of hotel enterprises,it has certain practical value and practical significance.
