煤制气蒸汽动力系统多周期模拟与优化 被引量:1

摘要 蒸汽动力系统是煤化工的重要组成部分,为工艺提供蒸汽和动力。针对煤制气动力系统存在的能源浪费和经济亏损的问题,建立了锅炉、汽轮机、减温减压器和除氧器等关键设备的数学模型,以此集成得到蒸汽动力系统的数学模型。以系统运行成本为目标函数,采用某煤制气企业多周期的实际数据建立了混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)优化模型。优化后的系统煤耗降低,电力供给更为合理,全周期平均综合热效率提升1.35%,总运行成本降低2.2%,可以增加企业的能源利用率和经济效益。 Steam power system is an important part of coal chemical industry,which provides steam and power for the process.To resolve the contradiction between energy and economic profits in coal gasification steam powersystem,we established mathematical models involving key equipment such as boiler,turbine,steam converter valve and deaerator.The obtained mathematical model was a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model.After optimization,the coal consumption reduced,the power supply was more reasonable,the average comprehensive thermal efficiency of the full-period increased by 1.35%,the total operating cost reduced by 2.2%,and the efficient energy use and economic benefit of the enterprise increased.
