基于络病理论探析通络法在中医眼科临床中的应用

Study on the application of dredging collaterals method in TCM ophthalmology based on collateral disease theory

络脉作为经络系统的分支,广泛分布于脏腑组织间,是气血津液运行的通道,各种原因导致络中气血津液运行、输布及渗化失常,出现络脉瘀滞,痹阻不通,从而产生络病。本文以中医络病理论为切入点,通过查阅相关文献,探析通络法的理论基础,认为络脉不通是诸多络病的共同病机,通络法是治疗络病的总原则,并总结近年来通络法在中医眼科临床中的应用,认为临床疑难眼病可以从络病着手论治,结合具体病机运用通络法疗效可观。

As a branch of the meridian system,collaterals are the channels for the circulation of Qi,blood and body fluid,which are widely distributed among the Zang-fu organs.Various reasons lead to the disorder of Qi-movement,distribution and infiltration of blood and body fluid in the collaterals,which cause collateral diseases with collateral stagnation and obstruction.Based on the theory of collateral disease,this paper analyzed the theoretical basis of the dredging collaterals method by consulting relevant literatures.It was concluded that collateral obstruction was the common pathogenesis of many collateral diseases,and the method of dredging collaterals was the general treatment principle of collateral diseases.We summarized the application of dredging collaterals method in TCM ophthalmology in recent years and believed that the treatment of complicated ocular diseases could be more effective using this method and considering specific pathogenesis.
