无卤阻燃GF增强PET的制备与性能

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备无卤阻燃玻纤增强聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET),研究了成核剂、PET树脂和增韧剂对材料力学性能、阻燃性能和热变形温度的影响。结果表明,成核剂的加入显著提高了材料的热变形温度和刚性,并且成核剂对材料的阻燃性能没有影响。选用纤维级PET基体的材料的热变形温度和刚性均高于选用吹瓶级PET基体的材料。乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物的极性基团含量较高,对材料的增韧效果最好,当添加质量分数为2%时,同时提高了材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度,并且垂直燃烧阻燃等级可以达到UL94 V–0级;当添加质量分数提高到4%时,材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提升至7.0 kJ/m^(2),但是垂直阻燃等级仅能达到UL94 V–1等级。丙烯酸甲酯-有机硅共聚物的增韧效果最差,但是对材料的阻燃性能和热变形温度影响最小,添加质量分数为4%时,材料的垂直燃烧阻燃等级能依然达到UL94 V–0等级。 The halogen-free flame retardant glass fiber reinforced polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was prepared by melt blending.The effects of nucleating agents,PET resins and toughening agents on the mechanical properties,flame retardancy and heat deflection temperature of materials were studied.The results show that the addition of nucleating agent improves the heat deflection temperature and rigidity of material,but has no effect on the flame retardancy.The heat deflection temperature and rigidity of material used fiber grade PET resin are higher than the material used bottle blowing grade PET resin.Ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer has a high content of polar groups so it has best toughening effects.When add 2wt%it in the material,the Izod notched impact strength and tensile strength of material is improved,and the flame retardant grade of vertical combustion can reach UL94 V–0 grade.When the addition amount is increases to 4wt%,the Izod notched impact strength of material is increased to 7.0 kJ/m^(2),but the flame retardant grade of vertical combustion can only reach UL94 V–1 grade.The toughening effect of methyl acrylate-silicone copolymer is the worst,but it has least effect on the flame retardancy and heat deflection temperature of material.When the addition amount is 4wt%,the flame retardant grade of vertical combustion of material still reaches UL94 V–0 grade.
