摘要
聚醚醚酮(PEEK)表面的生物堕性,限制了其表面与相邻骨组织的良好融合,在实际临床应用中受到限制。通过PEEK表面功能化负载抗菌性和生物活性组分,可有效提升PEEK骨科植入材料的抗菌性能和生物活性,有望拓展其临床应用领域。综述了PEEK表面功能化掺杂抗菌性组分的研究进展,包括PEEK负载抗菌药物、负载金属离子、负载抗菌药物与金属离子、负载光热催化剂、表面织构化调控和掺杂生物活性涂层,并对各种方法的抗菌机制进行了阐述。在此基础上,对PEEK表面功能化抗菌性研究存在的问题及未来的发展方向进行了总结和展望。
The biodegradability of the surface of polyetheretherketone(PEEK)limits the good fusion of its surface with adjacent bone tissue,and its practical clinical application is limited.The antibacterial properties and bioactivity of PEEK orthopaedic implant materials can be effectively improved by loading antibacterial and bioactive components on the surface of PEEK,which is expected to expand its clinical application field.The research progress of PEEK surface functionalization and doping with antimicrobial components were reviewed,including PEEK-loaded antimicrobial drugs,loaded metal ions,loaded antibacterial drugs and metal ions,loaded photothermal catalysts,surface texture regulation and doping bioactive coatings,and the antimicrobial mechanisms of various methods were elucidated.On this basis,the existing problems and future development directions of PEEK surface functionalized antibacterial research were summarized and prospected.
