摘要
当前存量土地有机更新已是城市再生发展的重要手段,历史文化街区的更新更有其特殊性。历史文化街区更新既要重视传承历史文脉、弘扬传统文化方面,也要对居民的生活条件加以改善。本文基于利益主体视角,分析法源寺历史文化街区更新实施难点,从政策法规、管理机构、多方参与、利益分配4个方面提出历史文化街区实施路径的探索,以期能为后续历史文化街区更新实践提供一定的参考和借鉴。
At present,the organic renewal of stock land has become the major approach of metropolitan regeneration and development,and the renewal of historical and cultural blocks has its particularity.The renewal of historical and cultural blocks should not only pay attention to the inheritance of historical context and the promotion of traditional culture,but also improve the living conditions of residents.Based on the perspective of stakeholders,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the renewal and implementation of Fayuansi historical and cultural block,and puts forward the exploration of the implementation path of historical and cultural block from four aspects:policies and regulations,management institutions,multi-party participation and interests distribution,in order to provide reference for the follow-up practice of historical and cultural block renewal.
