浅析长春一汽历史文化街区公共空间更新策略

2017年长春被列为历史文化名城,在这样的背景下,历史建筑环境保护、空间场所精神营造成为了历史文化街区可持续发展研究的重要课题。本文以长春一汽历史文化街区作为研究对象,通过解读街区历史沿革及分析历史文化街区公共空间的规划设计发现建筑环境中存在的问题,并从整合公共空间环境、提高公共空间活力、营造公共空间场所精神等方面提出历史文化街区公共空间保护策略。

In 2017,Changchun was listed as a famous historical and cultural city.In this context,the environmental protection of historical buildings and the spirit cultivation of public space have become an important topic for the sustainable development of historical and cultural blocks.This paper takes Changchun FAW historical and cultural block as the research object.By interpreting the historical evolution of the block,and understanding the planning and design of the public space of the historical and cultural block,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the architectural environment,and puts forward the protection strategy of public space in historical and cultural blocks from the aspects of integrating the public space environment,improving the vitality of public space and creating the spirit of public space.
