沙坡头区城镇老旧小区改造提升的实践探索

老旧小区改造是我国重大民生工程,对改善人居环境、促进经济发展、满足人民美好生活需求和提升社区治理能力具有重要而深远的意义。本文结合沙坡头区老旧小区改造的实践,重点对老旧小区存在的问题和改造过程中的主要经验做法进行了分析总结,以期对国内城镇老旧小区改造提供借鉴。

Transformation of old communities is a major livelihood project in China,which is of great and far-reaching significance in improving living environment,promoting economic development,meeting people’s needs for a better life and enhancing community governance capacity.In this paper,combined with the practice of old communities renovation of Shapotou District,the existing problems and the main experience in the process of transformation are analyzed and summarized,in order to provide reference for the transformation of the old communities in China.
