常州市老旧小区综合整治对策研究

本文立足于解决常州市老旧小区综合整治问题,梳理了常州市老旧小区综合整治现状,重点分析存在的问题,有针对性地提出了解决常州市老旧小区综合整治问题的对策。在此基础上,总结了综合整治的成功经验,并构建了老旧小区综合整治评价体系,为整治实施提供重要方向和技术支撑。

In this paper,based on solving the problems of the comprehensive renovation of the old communities in Changzhou,the status quo of the comprehensive renovation of the old residential areas in Changzhou is sorted out,the existing problems are analyzed,and the countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems of the comprehensive renovation of the old communities in Changzhou.On this basis,the successful experience of comprehensive renovation is summarized,and the evaluation system of comprehensive renovation of old communities is constructed,which provides important direction and technical support for the implementation of renovation.
