“地摊经济”常被视为影响市容的一种边缘经济,2020年新冠疫情爆发以来,“地摊经济”重回大众视野,党中央提出国内国际“双循环”的新发展格局。基于此,在借鉴国外优秀地摊管理经验的基础上,我国城市“地摊经济”应当追求有文化的“地摊精神”、打造有创意的“地摊产品”、塑造有品牌的“地摊规模”、设计有主题的“地摊艺术”、创建有制度的“地摊规范”、营造有温度的“地摊生活”,从而使“地摊经济”以一种全新的形象更好地融入现代城市文明与发展的进程之中。

The“street vending economy”is often regarded as a marginal economy that aff ects the image of the city.Since the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020,the“street vending economy”has returned to the public’s attention,and the CPC Central Committee has put forward a new development pattern of domestic and international“dual circulation”.Based on this,on the basis of drawing lessons from the excellent management experience of foreign street vending economy,China’s urban“street vending economy”should pursue cultural“street vending spirit”,create creative“street vending products”,shape brand-based“street vending scale”,design“street vending art”with themes,create“street vending standards”with systems,and form warm“street vending life”.Thus,the“street vending economy”can be better integrated into the process of modern urban civilization and development with a new image.
