后疫情时代下基于消费者满意的校园外卖管理调查研究

Research on Campus Takeout Management Based on Consumers’Satisfaction in the Post-pandemic Era

受新冠疫情影响,校园外卖逐步发展成为高校管理中一个复杂且困难的问题。本文从学生满意的角度出发,通过问卷调查,发现各大高校对于外卖管理产生了不同的管理方式,并且在新冠疫情的不同阶段,管理方式会有所变化,由此产生的学生满意度也发生了变化。为了在后疫情时代高校外卖管理获得较高的学生满意度,考虑到学生对外卖的关注度以及学校管理措施的稳定性、普遍度和接受度等影响因素,并结合调查问卷分析,立足学生满意程度,对于后疫情时代下的校园外卖,本文提出了深入了解学生想法、参考同行做法、关爱学生身心等建议。

Aff ected by the COVID-19,campus takeout has gradually developed into a complex and diffi cult problem in the university management.From the perspective of students’satisfaction,through questionnaires this study found that major universities and colleges have diff erent management methods for takeaway management,and in diff erent stages of the COVID-19,management methods will be varying,resulting in the change of students’satisfaction.In order to obtain higher students’satisfaction in the takeout management in universities and colleges in the post-pandemic era,factors such as students’attention to takeout management and the stability,popularity and acceptance of management measures in universities and colleges should be considered,and combining with questionnaire analysis,based on students’satisfaction,this article puts forward suggestions such as conducting an in-depth analysis of students’ideas,referring to the practices of peers,and caring for students’physical and mental health in terms of campus takeout management in the post-pandemic era.
