摘要
文章通过对当代购物主要群体开展的调查问卷进行了问卷调研分析,找出了物流中“最后一公里”存在的主要问题,即等待取件时间过长、信息泄露问题等;并在对这些问题进行了深入分析及科学SPSS分析的基础上,针对解决电子商务“最后一公里”配送问题提出了对应的措施建议。
Through the survey and analysis of the questionnaires aimed at the main groups of contemporary shopping,the article finds out the main problems of the“last kilometer”in logistics,including too long waiting time for pickup,information leakage,etc.,and analyzes these problems.On the basis of in-depth analysis of these problems and scientifi c SPSS analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the“last kilometer”delivery problems of e-commerce.
