上海合作组织的绿色全要素生产率动态评价——基于DEA—Malmquist指数的实证研究

Dynamic Evaluation of Green Total Factor Productivity in Shanghai Cooperation Organization——Empirical Research Based on DEA-Malmquist Index

本文基于DEA—Malmquist指数模型对1995—2013年上合组织的绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)进行了首次测度与评价,同时通过包含环境因素的地区差异指数(GRDI)量化分析了绿色发展的国别差异。研究结果表明,上海合作组织的GTFP在样本期间总体呈现出上升的特征;各国GTFP差异的动态演进过程可以分为两个阶段;绿色技术进步水平的提高是上合组织GTFP增长的源泉。

Based on the DEA-Malmquist index model,this study firstly evaluates the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)’s green total factor productivity(GTFP)from 1995 to 2013.At the same time,the dif ferences among countries in green development are analyzed quantitatively through the gross regional dif ference index(GRDI)which includes environmental factors.The results of the study show that the GTFP of the SCO generally presents an upward trend during the sample period.The dynamic evolution process of GTFP dif ferences among countries can be divided into two stages.The improvement of green technology is the driving force of the growth of the GTFP of the SCO.
