新形势下民办高校精准就业指导服务工作的现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Precision Employment Guidance Service in Private Universities and Colleges under the New Situation

党的十九大报告明确提出要“促进更充分高质量就业”。民办高校要认真贯彻党的十九大精神,努力实现毕业生就业能力,特别是在现代教育技术迅速发展的今天,民办高校就业体系完整的重要性愈发显现,这对大学生不断提高自身综合素质,培养与增强自身就业能力起到关键性作用。本文旨在分析用人单位对三江学院人才的接受与采纳程度,用人单位对三江学院就业服务工作体系完善程度的评价等方面,探究三江学院精准就业指导服务体系存在的问题,新形势下融合三江学院就业指导服务工作体系的实际情况构筑一套适合民办高校精准就业指导服务工作是今后需要研究的一个重要课题。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it is necessary to“promote more full and high-quality employment”.Private universities and colleges should carefully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and strive to improve the employment ability of graduates.Especially in today’s rapid development of modern educational technology,the importance of the integrity of the employment systems of private universities and colleges is becoming more and more obvious,which plays a key role in continuously improving the comprehensive quality of college students,cultivating and enhancing their own employment ability.The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of acceptance and recruitment of talents of Sanjiang University by employers,and the evaluation of the employment service system of Sanjiang University by employers,and explore the problems existing in the precision employment guidance service system of Sanjiang University.Under the new situation,integrating the actual situation of the employment guidance service system of Sanjiang University to develop a set of precision employment guidance service suitable for private universities and colleges is an important topic to be studied in the future.
