人工智能时代教师职业属性的重构

摘要 教师担负着立德树人的重要使命,对教师职业属性的认识是加强新时代教师队伍建设的重要条件。教师职业属性的外在表征主要表现为职业道德、专业能力、情感劳动和日常生活等方面。人工智能时代,教师职业属性发生了职业形象异化、功能迁移、知识解构、地位替代等一系列变革,深化教师职业发展理念、构建教师职业新共同体、重塑教师职业知识思维、提升教师职业情感素养是教师职业属性重构的有效路径。 Teachers shoulder the important mission of moral education,and the understanding of the professional attributes of teachers is an important condition to strengthen the construction of teachers in the new era.The external representation of teachers’professional attributes is mainly reflected in professional ethics,professional ability,emotional labor and daily life.In the era of artificial intelligence,a series of changes have taken place in teachers’professional attributes,such as professional image alienation,function transfer,knowledge deconstruction and status substitution.Deepening the concept of teachers’professional development,building a new community of teachers’profession,reshaping teachers’professional knowledge thinking and improving teachers’professional emotional quality are the effective ways to reconstruct teachers’professional attributes.
