在新时代乡村教育振兴的背景下,乡村教师的可持续化发展能够大力促进农村教育的发展和进步,助力于新时代乡村教育振兴工作的推进和发展。回顾我国当前乡村教师发展的百年成长历程,探究新时代乡村教师建设是新时代乡村发展及乡村教育振兴的核心。尽管如此,乡村教师队伍建设依然存在着许多问题亟待改进和完善,针对这些问题,展开具体分析,加快推进乡村教师队伍的创新型建设,为新时代乡村教师建设提供帮助。

In the context of rural education revitalization in the new era,the sustainable development of rural teachers can greatly promote the development and progress of rural education and help the promotion and development of rural education revitalization in the new era.Reviewing the centennial development of rural teachers in China,and exploring the construction of rural teachers in the new era are the core of rural development and rural education revitalization in the new era.Nevertheless,there are still many problems in the construction of rural teachers,which need to be improved.In view of these problems,this paper makes a specific analysis to speed up the innovative construction of rural teachers and provide help for the construction of rural teachers in the new era.
