管理类课程思政研究改革与实践——以“资本运营理论与实务”课程为例

Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Research on Management Courses—Taking“Theory and Practice of Capital Operation”Course as an Example

高校立身之本在于立德树人,习近平总书记强调要将思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。课程思政被广泛关注。针对管理类课程特点,在分析其引入课程思政必要性的基础上,提炼管理类课程思政研究的理论框架,构建强化课程思政的“课程设计三角形”模型,阐述管理类课程进行课程思政设计应遵循的基本范式。根据构建的理论模型,分析课程思政设计全过程,以期为管理类课程思政教学设计提供借鉴。

The foundation of a university is moral education.Chairman Xi emphasizes that ideological and political work should be run through the whole process of education and teaching.Curriculum ideological and political education is widely concerned.According to the characteristics of management courses,this paper refines the theoretical framework of the reform of ideological and political research for management courses based on the analysis of the necessity of introducing ideological and political education.Moreover,this paper constructs a curriculum design triangle model that strengthens the ideological and political concept of moral education,and expounds the basic paradigm that management courses should follow in curriculum ideological and political design.Taking the course of“Theory and Practice of Capital Operation”as an example,we analyze its whole process of ideological and political design based on the constructed theoretical mode,in order to provide a reference for other management courses.
