经济管理类专业“经济法”课程教学模式的探讨

Exploration on the Teaching Mode of“Economic Law”Course for Economic Management Majors

随着当下经济社会的高速发展,传统的理论式教学已经无法适应当下的教学需求,也不利于培养应用型高质量人才,因此,在高校专业教学中加强实践教学是提高教学质量的关键。由于经管类专业学生的法律基础较为薄弱、缺乏实践能力,基于“经济法”课程教学,构建全新的教育模式尤为重要。“经济法”课堂教学在全新的教育模式之下,应改变原有的讲授式教学,加强实践教学与引导教学,全面优化课堂教育模式,培养更多经管类应用型人才。

With the rapid development of the current economy and society,traditional theoretical teaching can no longer meet the current teaching needs,and it is not conducive to cultivating high-quality and applicationoriented talents.Therefore,strengthening practical teaching in college professional teaching is the key to improving teaching quality.Due to the relatively weak legal foundation and lack of practical ability of economic management majors,it is particularly important to construct a new education mode based on the course teaching of Economic Law.Under the new education mode,this paper changes the original teaching mode,strengthens practical teaching and guiding teaching,comprehensively optimizes the classroom education mode,and trains more applied talents in economics and management.
