研究生专业素养和工程实践能力培养是研究生创新与综合能力培养的两大重要方面。作为研究生专业实践能力的培养,最有效的途径是鼓励研究生积极主动参与产学研合作项目。通过阐述分析研究生专业素养和工程实践的主要内涵与需求,针对目前培养研究生工程实践能力存在的问题,探索结合产学研科技合作项目培养研究生专业素养和工程实践能力的新思路及具体做法。

The cultivation of postgraduates’professional quality and engineering practice ability are two important aspects of the cultivation of postgraduates’innovation and comprehensive ability.As the cultivation of postgraduates’professional practice ability,the most effective way is to encourage postgraduates to actively participate in industry and university research cooperation projects.By expounding and analyzing the main connotation and needs of postgraduates’professional quality and engineering practice,and aiming at the problems existing in cultivating postgraduates’engineering practice ability at present,this paper explores new ideas and specific methods of cultivating postgraduates’professional quality and engineering practice ability in combination with industry and university research,science and technology cooperation projects.
