校企“双元”育人模式的研究与实践——以长江职业学院计算机网络技术专业为例 被引量:6

摘要 产教融合、校企合作已是当前高职教育改革的主旋律之一。校企“双元”育人模式的探索与实践正在火热进行中。从“双元”育人模式的概念、国内外校企“双元”育人的研究现状、校企“双元”育人过程凸显的问题等方面进行阐述,并以长江职业学院计算机网络技术专业校企“双元”育人模式的研究与实践为例,阐述如何从人才培养目标、人才培养模式、课程体系设置、实践体系构建、育人团队打造、育人成果评价等方面实施校企“双元”育人。在产教融合、校企合作“双元”育人的国家职业教育改革背景下,在“政行校企”各方配合下,为社会培养更多的高素质技术技能型计算机网络技术专业人才。 The integration of industry and education and school and enterprise cooperation have become one of the main themes of the current higher vocational education reform.The exploration and practice of the“dual”education mode of schools and enterprises are in a great progress.This paper expounds the concept of“dual”education mode,the research status of“dual”education of schools and enterprises at home and abroad,and the prominent problems in the process of“dual”education of schools and enterprises.Taking the research and practice of“dual”education mode of schools and enterprises majoring in computer network technology of Changjiang Polytechnic as an example,this paper expounds how to implement the“dual”education of schools and enterprises from the aspects of talent training objectives,talent training mode,curriculum system setting,practice system construction,education team building,education achievement evaluation and so on.Under the background of the national vocational education reform of“dual”education with the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and with the all-round cooperation of“government,administration,schools and enterprises”,we can train more high-quality technical and skilled computer network technology professionals for the society.
