Comparative Analysis of Maintenance Heat Load Requirements in Three Standards

分析GB 18111-2000《燃气容积式热水器》、GB 18111-2021《燃气容积式热水器》以及BS EN89-2015《生产家用热水的燃气容积式热水器》中维持热负荷要求的差异。分析BS EN89-2015与GB 18111-2021维持热负荷限值差及GB 18111-2021维持热负荷限值可实施性。分析结果表明,在热水器额定热负荷为10~99 kW、额定容积为80~500 L的条件下,GB 18111-2021维持热负荷要求最严,GB 18111-2000次之,BS EN89-2015要求宽松。在额定容积一定的条件下,热水器的额定热负荷越小,BS EN89-2015与GB 18111-2021维持热负荷限值差越小,随着额定热负荷增加,维持热负荷限值差随之增加。在额定热负荷一定的条件下,热水器的额定容积越小,BS EN89-2015与GB 18111-2021维持热负荷限值差越小,随着额定容积增加,维持热负荷限值差随之增加。经试验验证,GB 18111-2021维持热负荷限值具备可实施性。

The difference of maintenance heat load requirements in Gas Storage Water Heater(GB 18111-2000),Gas Storage Water Heater(GB 18111-2021)and Gas-fired Storage Water Heaters for the Production of Domestic Hot Water(BS EN89-2015)is analyzed.The difference of maintenance heat load limits between BS EN89-2015 and GB 18111-2021 and the implementability of maintenance heat load limits in GB 18111-2021 are analyzed.The analysis results show that under the condition that the rated heat load of the water heater is 10-99 kW and the rated volume is 80500 L,GB 18111-2021 has the most stringent requirements for maintaining the heat load,followed by GB 18111-2000,and BS EN89-2015 has looser requirements.Under the condition of a constant rated volume,the smaller the rated heat load of the water heater,the smaller the difference of the maintenance heat load limits between BS EN89-2015 and GB 18111-2021.With the increase of rated heat load,the difference of the maintenance heat load limits increases.Under the condition of a constant rated heat load,the smaller the rated volume of the water heater,the smaller the difference of the maintenance heat load limits between BS EN89-2015 and GB 18111-2021.As the rated volume increases,the difference of the maintenance heat load limits increases.It has been verified by tests that the maintenance heat load limits in GB 18111-2021 are feasible.
