摘要
无砟轨道线路随着运营时间增加,路基封闭层病害问题日益突出。结合中国铁路上海局集团范围10条高速铁路路基封闭层运营状况,系统研究既有无砟轨道线路路基封闭层病害成因及整治技术,并提出整治方案、整治流程、施工工艺、注意事项及建议。研究结果表明:(1)封闭层拱起主要原因是封闭层横向伸缩缝间距设置过大或存在假缝,夏季高温季节在温度力作用下所致。建议后续设计中封闭层横向伸缩缝采用真缝且间距不超过10 m;(2)结合现场运营经验,同时为减少封闭层薄弱环节和现场整治工作量,整治过程中封闭层横向伸缩缝间距可按不超过10 m控制;(3)根据既有线封闭层横向伸缩缝设置情况,可分封闭层横向未设伸缩缝、封闭层横向设置真缝、封闭层横向设置假缝3种工况进行整治。封闭层整治后效果良好,为后期类似病害整治提供参考。
With the increase of the operation time of ballastless track lines,the damages of subgrade closed layer become more and more serious.Combined with the operation status of subgrade closed layer of 10 high-speed railways in China Railway Shanghai Group,this paper systematically studies the causes and treatments of subgrade closed layer damages of existing ballastless track lines,and puts forward treatment scheme,treatment process,construction technology,precautions and suggestions.The results show that:(1)The main cause of the arching of the closed layer is the excessive transverse expansion joint spacing of the closed layer or the presence of false joints caused by the temperature force in the high temperature season in summer.It is suggested that in the subsequent design,the transverse expansion joint of the closed layer should adopt the true joint,and the spacing should not exceed 10 m.(2)Combined with field operation experiences,the distance between transverse expansion joints of the sealing layer could be controlled not more than 10 m in the treatment process in order to reduce the weak link of sealing layer and the workload of field treatment.(3)According to the setting situation of the transverse expansion joint of the existing line closed layer,the treatment can be divided into three working conditions:no expansion joint in the horizontal direction of the sealing layer,true joint in the horizontal direction of the sealing layer and false joint in the horizontal direction of the sealing layer.The effect of the closed layer treatment is good,which provides some references for the treatment of similar defects in the later stage.
