阴道封闭术对老年盆腔器官脱垂患者相关症状及生活质量产生的影响研究

Study on Effect of Colpocleisis on Related Symptoms and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Pelvic Organ Prolapse

目的:分析老年盆腔器官脱垂患者接受阴道封闭术对其相关症状以及生活质量产生的影响。方法:选取2016年8月-2020年4月50例老年盆腔器官脱垂患者作为研究对象,患者均已接受阴道封闭术治疗,通过随访的方式对患者术后症状改善情况以及生活质量变化情况作出分析,并对其临床应用价值展开探讨。结果:治疗后,患者尿急、排尿困难、咳嗽漏尿、尿不尽、尿频症状出现率低于显著较治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腰骶痛、肿物脱出感、小腹隐痛、外阴摩擦感以及阴道或盆腔坠胀感等症状出现率同样显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神状态、社会功能、生理功能以及心理功能等生活质量评分结果均明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过将阴道封闭术应用在老年盆腔器官脱垂患者临床诊治工作中,能够有效提升其生活质量,对改善其临床症状具有重要的作用和意义,其可行性较高,适合推广普及。

Objective: To analyze the effects of colpocleisis on the related symptoms and quality of life in elderly patients with pelvic organ prolapse. Methods: A total of 50 elderly patients with pelvic organ prolapse from August 2016 to April 2020 were included in this study. All patients received colpocleisis. The improvement of postoperative symptoms and quality of life were analyzed through follow-up. The clinical application value was investigated. Results: After treatment, the incidences of patient’s urgency of urination, dysuria, coughing and leakage of urine, incomplete urination, and frequent urination were significantly lower than those before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of symptoms such as lumbosacral pain,mass prolapse sensation, lower abdomen dull pain, vulvar friction sensation, vaginal or pelvic swelling and falling sensation was also significantly lower than that before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the quality of life scores such as mental state, social function, physiological function and psychological function were significantly higher than those before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of colpocleisis in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with pelvic organ prolapse can effectively improve their quality of life, and has an important role and significance in improving their clinical symptoms. It has high feasibility and is suitable for popularization.
