当归拈痛汤治疗Ⅰ级高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Angelica Niantong Decoction on Grade Ⅰ Hypertension Complicated with Hyperuricemia

目的:探讨当归拈痛汤治疗Ⅰ级高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效。方法:收集南京市鼓楼区中央门社区卫生服务中心2017年4月-2019年4月治疗的100例Ⅰ级高血压合并高尿酸血症患者,随机分成试验组和对照组各50例,两组患者均严格按照低盐、低脂、低嘌呤饮食控制,对照组口服苯溴马隆片,50 mg/次,1次/d,连续治疗4周;试验组在对照组的基础上加服当归拈痛汤,1剂/d,分2次服用,连续服用4周。结果:两组患者治疗前诊室收缩压、诊室舒张压、24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、血尿酸和C反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组患者血压各项指标均明显下降,试验组各指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归拈痛汤治疗Ⅰ级高血压合并高尿酸血症,可使患者的血压、血尿酸以及炎性因子均明显降低,临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Angelica Niantong Decoction in the treatment of grade Ⅰ hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods: A total of 100 patients with grade Ⅰ hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia who were treated in Zhongyangmen Community Health Service Center in Gulou District of Nanjing from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given lowsalt, low-fat and low-purine diet. The control group was given Benzbromarone tablet, 50 mg/time, once a day, for continuous 4 weeks. The observation group was additionally given Angelica Niantong Decoction, 1 dose/d, divided into 2 doses, for continuous 4weeks. Results: Before treatment, clinic systolic blood pressure, clinic diastolic blood pressure, 24 h average systolic blood pressure,24 h average diastolic blood pressure, blood uric acid and C-reactive protein levels of patients in two groups showed no statistically significant difference;after treatment, the blood pressure indicators of patients in two groups were significantly decreased, the indicators in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Angelica Niantong Decoction can significantly reduce blood pressure, blood uric acid and inflammatory factors in patients with grade Ⅰ hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia. It has significant clinical efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
