健康体检路径在体检中心优质护理服务中的临床应用效果观察

Observation of Clinical Application Effect of Health Physical Examination Route in High-Quality Nursing Service in Physical Examination Center

目的:探究健康体检路径在体检中心优质护理服务中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月于青岛湛山疗养院体检中心进行体检的238例体检人员为研究对象,按照时间顺序和体检人员个人意愿随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组体检人员按照常规体检路径进行体检,试验组体检人员按照健康体检路径进行体检,对比两组体检人员对体检内容的掌握状况、体检质量、护理服务质量和体检服务满意度。结果:实施健康体检路径体检的试验组对体检内容的掌握情况优于实施常规体检路径的对照组(P<0.05)。实施健康体检路径的试验组体检时间更短,体检效率评分和体检可信度评分更高(P<0.05)。对照组体检人员对护理人员基本礼仪、沟通交流能力、主动服务和知识普及四个方面的护理服务质量评分均显著低于试验组,试验组护理服务质量评分总分数为(35.65±0.68)分,高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组体检人员对体检服务总满意率为95.80%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。结论:健康体检路径在体检中心优质护理服务中的临床应用效果显著,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of health physical examination route in high-quality nursing service in physical examination center. Methods: A total of 238 physical examinees in Physical Examination Center of Zhanshan Sanatorium of Qingdao from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the subjects and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the time sequence and the personal wishes of the examinees. The physical examinees of the control group performed physical examination according to the routine physical examination route, and the physical examinees of the experimental group performed physical examination according to the health physical examination route. Physical examinees in the two groups were compared on the mastery of physical examination content, quality of physical examination, quality of nursing services and satisfaction with physical examination services. Results: The mastery of physical examination content in experimental group implementing the health physical examination route was better than that in control group implementing the routine physical examination route(P<0.05). The physical examination time was shorter, the efficiency score and the reliability score of physical examination were higher in experimental group implementing the health physical examination route(P<0.05). The nursing service quality scores of physical examinees in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group regarding four aspects: basic etiquette, communication ability, active service and knowledge popularization, the total score of nursing service quality in experimental group was(35.65±0.68) points, which was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of physical examinees for physical examination in the experimental group was 95.80%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application effect of health physical examination route in high-quality nursing service in physical examination center is effective and has broad clinical application prospect.
