Analysis on Influencing Effect of Detailed Interventions on Nursing Quality in Hospital Disinfection Supply Center

目的:研究分析长沙市中心医院消毒供应中心实施细节干预措施对护理质量的影响效果,以便实现临床应用医疗器械科学优化,实现消毒供应中心的科学高效运转。方法:研究时间为2019年2月-2020年12月,将长沙市中心医院消毒的2 000件医疗器械作为研究对象,按照时间前后分成两组,对照组为常规管理期间,研究组为开展实施细节干预措施期间的医疗器械;比较两组包装合格率、清洗合格率、遗失率、损耗率以及医护人员护理满意度。结果:研究组包装合格率、清洗合格率、灭毒/消毒合格均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医护人员对研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组遗失率、损耗率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院消毒供应中心实施细节干预措施大大提高了医疗器械清洗合格率、包装合格率等,同时医护人员的满意度评价高,值得推荐和应用。

Objective: To study and analyze the influencing effect of detailed intervention measures on nursing quality in hospital disinfection supply center, accordingly realize the scientific optimization of clinical application of medical devices and realize the scientific and efficient operation of the disinfection supply center. Methods: From February 2019 to December 2020, 2000 pieces of medical devices sterilized in Changsha Central Hospital were included and divided into two groups according to the time sequence.The control group was medical device in the routine management period, and the study group was medical device in the detailed intervention measure period. The qualified rate of packaging, qualified rate of cleaning, loss rate, attrition rate and nursing satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups. Results: The qualified rates of packaging, cleaning and sterilization/disinfection in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The satisfaction of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The loss rate and attrition rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of detailed intervention measures in hospital disinfection supply center can greatly improve the qualified rate of medical device cleaning and packaging, and achieve high satisfaction of medical staff, which is worthy of recommendation and application.
