摘要
目的:分析在妇产科教学过程中应用标准化病人(SP)联合案例教学法(CBL)对教学质量的影响。方法:选择120名临床医学专业的学生,将其分为在年龄、性别比例、基础成绩、人数等一般资料方面差异不明显的两组,采取传统教学方法的一组学生编制为传统组,采取SP联合CBL教学方法的一组学生编制成联合组,对比教学效果。结果:联合组学生的知识掌握情况(技能成绩、理论成绩)明显优于传统组学生(P<0.05);联合组学生对教学效果的评价(课堂教学氛围、方法及知识贯通情况、理论和操作教学情况等)也明显优于传统组的对应指标(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科教学中应用SP联合CBL教学方法可以显著提升教学质量和学生的学习效果,可推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the influence of standardized patient(SP)combined with case-based learning(CBL)on the teaching quality in the course of obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods:A total of 120 clinical medical students were selected and divided into two groups without obvious difference in age,gender proportion,basic performance and number.A group of stu-dents adopting the traditional teaching method were taken as the traditional group,and a group of students adopting SP combined with CBL teaching method were taken as the combined group.The teaching effect was compared.Results:The students in the com-bined group were significantly better than those in the traditional group in knowledge mastery(skill score,theory score)(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching effect(classroom teaching atmosphere,mastery of methods and knowledge,theory and operation teach-ing)of students in the combined group was also significantly better than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ap-plication of SP combined with CBL in obstetrics and gynecology teaching can significantly improve the teaching quality and stu-dents'learning effect,which can be popularized.
