摘要
目的:探析与研究标准化病人用于疾病康复实训教学中的效果。方法:将2020年9月-2021年7月康复治疗技术专业2019级的100名学生作为研究对象,按照班级不同,将其分为常规组及研究组各50名,常规组采用常规教学方式,研究组采用标准化病人教学方式,对比两组学生的教学效果及教学满意度。结果:研究组理论及综合考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学习积极性和主动性、临床思维能力以及人际沟通、团队协作能力评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化病人应用于疾病康复实训教学中,能够提高学生的生康复治疗水平及理论知识;提高学生的学习积极性及临床思维能力;增强团队协作能力及人际沟通能力,适用于临床康复教学,具有临床推广价值。
Objective:To explore and study the effect of standardized patient in the practice training and teaching of disease rehabilitation.Methods:One hundred students majoring in rehabilitation therapy technology in grade 2019 from September 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the subjects.According to the classes,the students were divided into conventional group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the study group adopted the standardized patient teaching method.The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of students in the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical and comprehensive test scores of study group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of study group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of learning enthusiasm and initiative,clinical thinking ability,interpersonal communication ability and teamwork ability in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized patient in the practice training and teaching of disease rehabilitation can improve students'level of rehabilitation treatment and theoretical knowledge;improve students'learning enthusiasm and clinical thinking ability;enhance teamwork ability and interpersonal communication ability,it is suitable for clinical rehabilitation teachingand has clinical promotion value.
