液体石蜡油包水乳液的制备

摘要 以液体石蜡乳液为研究对象,采用控制变量法,考察了表面活性剂含量、油水相比例、均质速率、乳化时间、乳化温度及复配表面活性剂HLB值等条件对生成乳液的影响,以期制备出尺寸分布均匀、长期稳定性好的液体石蜡油包水乳液。乳液的制备方式为逐滴滴加,最终得出:常温下,表面活性剂(EM90+Tween80)质量分数为4%、油水相的体积比为6∶5、均质速率为10 kr/min、乳化时间为6 min,HLB值为5的条件下,制备出的油包水乳液性能最好,长期稳定性最佳。在此条件下制得的石蜡乳液平均粒径为0.71μm。 In this paper,liquid paraffin emulsion was taken as the research object.In order to prepare liquid paraffin emulsions with uniform size distribution and good long-term stability,the effects of surfactant content,oil-water phase ratio,homogenizing rate,emulsifying time,emulsifying temperature,and the HLB value of the compound surfactant on the performance of emulsion were investigated by using control variable method.The emulsion was prepared by adding drops by drops.The results showed that the W/O emulsion show good performances and long-term stability when at room temperature,the mass concentration of surfactant(EM90+Tween80)in oil phase was 4%,oil/water phase ratio was 6∶5,homogenization rate was 10 kr/min and emulsification time was 6 min,and the HLB value is 5.The average particle size of the prepared paraffin emulsion was 0.71μm.
