摘要
梳理了卤化丁基胶塞中防老剂、硫化剂、硫化促进剂、亚硝胺类、脂肪酸类、多环芳烃、无机元素等物质的提取介质、提取条件和分析方法,为后续开展药包相容性研究提供参考。
This article reviews the extraction media,extraction conditions and analysis methods of antioxidants,vulcanizing agents,vulcanization accelerators,nitrosamines,fatty acids,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and inorganic elements in halogenated butyl rubber stoppers,which provide a reference for the following studies on compatibility of pharmaceutical products and contact materials.
