摘要
采用SEM、激光粒度仪、比表面积仪等测试了三种型号超细氢氧化镁(MH)的表面形貌和物理性能指标,并将其应用在PVC中制备成薄膜,研究了细度对PVC膜的阻燃性能、抑烟性能和力学性能影响。结果表明:随着Mg(OH)_(2)粒径的减小,氧指数随着提升,阻燃性能可达到要求;最大烟释放和烟释放等级都明显下降,其抑烟效果较好,其中GY-6000效果最好;氢氧化镁的细度对力学性能影响不大。
The surface morphology and physical properties of three types of ultrafine magnesium hydroxide(MH)were tested by SEM,laser particle size and specific surface area analyzer.MH was added to the magnesium hydroxide film to study the effects of MH fineness on the flame retardant property,smoke suppression and mechanical property of PVC films.The results show that with the decrease of MH fineness,the oxygen index increases,and the flame retardant performance can meet the requirement.Meanwhile,as the maximum smoke release and smoke release grade decreased obviously,the smoke suppression effect was better.The final result shows that GY-6000 had the best flame retardant property and the fineness has little effect on mechanical property.
