摘要
目的:利用Top-down技术控制图法评定ICP-MS方法测定土壤中铅的不确定度。方法:依据《土壤和沉积物12种金属元素的测定王水提取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法》(HJ 803—2016)的方法,测定含量为22 mg/kg的质控样品。根据不同人员在不同时间对土壤中铅的质控样品进行测量得到30组数据,利用Top-down技术控制图法评定水中铅的不确定度。结果:通过计算得出测定均值为21.9 mg/kg,通过评定不确定度为1.4 mg/kg。
Objective:Using top-down technology Control Chart Method to Evaluate the Uncertainty of ICP-MS Determination of Lead in Soil.Methods:According to the method of《Determination of 12 Metal Elements in Soils and Sediments-Aqua regia Extraction-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry》(HJ 803—2016),the quality control sample with a content of 22 mg/kg was determined.According to the measurement of quality control samples of lead in water by different personnel at different times,30 sets of data were obtained,and the uncertainty of lead in water was evaluated using the Top-down technology control chart method.Results:According to the calculation,the average determination value is 21.9 mg/kg,and the uncertainty of the evaluation is 1.4 mg/kg.
