摘要
新疆广汇新能源有限公司有2台800 t/h大气式低压旋膜除氧器、2台600 t/h大气式低压旋膜除氧器和2台200 t/h疏水扩容器,采用热力式除氧,但在排出氧气的过程中夹带排出约18 t/h、102℃的高品质低位热能蒸汽,造成蒸汽能源的极大浪费和环境的热污染与噪音污染。通过现场考察和数据分析,经山东金柯工程设计有限公司设计,对公司闲置的氨精制装置氨气吸附塔进行改造从而回收乏汽,项目达到了预期的资产盘活、节能减排和环境改善的目的。
Xinjiang Guanghui new energy Co.,Ltd.has 2 sets of 800 t/h atmospheric low-pressure rotary membrane deaerator,2 sets of 600 t/h atmospheric low-pressure rotary membrane Deaerator and 2 sets of 200 t/h drain flash tanks.Thermal deaeration is adopted.However,in the process of discharging oxygen,high-quality low-level thermal energy steam of about 18 t/h and 102℃is entrained and discharged,resulting in great waste of steam energy and environmental thermal pollution and noise pollution.Through on-site investigation and data analysis,and through the design of Shandong Jinke Engineering Design Co.,Ltd.,the ammonia adsorption tower of the company's idle ammonia refining unit was transformed to recover the exhaust steam.The project achieved the expected objectives of asset revitalization,energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental improvement.
