某场地土壤修复精准环保研究

Study on Precision Environmental Protection of Soil Remediation in a Site

摘要 为解决土壤污染对环境的不利影响和后续开发利用问题,针对土壤修复治理产生的“场地周边土壤重金属背景值调查不精准、场地污染范围不精准、地块污染物筛选不精准、土壤修复目标值和修复方量不精准、地下水风险控制不精准、污染土壤和地下水修复路径不精准、工程施工不精准”七个“不精准”问题,本文提出通过增加对场地周边开展的土壤采样调查、场地污染土壤电镜扫描、地块污染物精准筛选、科学计算土壤修复目标值和修复方量、地下水污染调查、污染土壤分区管理、异位固化稳定化技术并结合尾矿库治理的技术和方法,成功完成了某省某市首例土壤修复工程。研究结果表明:修复后的土壤符合一类一般固废标准,运至尾矿库进行填埋闭库,精准治理节约费用44.4%。完成治理修复的土地,由某市规划收储用于房地产开发,土地增值收益大于治理费用,为我国其他矿业重金属污染城市土地治理建立了一种可复制的精准修复模式。 In order to solve the adverse impact of soil pollution on the environment and the problems of subsequent development and utilization,the problems of"inaccurate investigation of the background value of heavy metals in the soil around the site,inaccurate site pollution range,inaccurate screening of pollutants in the plot,inaccurate soil remediation target value and remediation amount,inaccurate groundwater risk control,inaccurate soil quality control,and so on"caused by soil remediation were analyzed In order to solve the seven"imprecise"problems of"inaccurate remediation path of contaminated soil and groundwater,inaccurate engineering construction",this paper proposes to increase the soil sampling survey around the site,site contaminated soil scanning by electron microscope,accurate screening of land pollutants,scientific calculation of soil remediation target value and remediation amount,groundwater pollution survey,contaminated soil zoning management Combined with the technology and method of tailing pond treatment,the first soil remediation project in a city of a province was successfully completed.The results show that:the repaired soil meets the standard of class I general solid waste,and it is transported to the tailings pond for landfill and closing,which saves 44.4%of the cost.The land that has been treated and restored is collected and stored by a city for real estate development,and the land value-added income is greater than the treatment cost,which establishes a reproducible precise restoration model for the land treatment of other mining and metallurgy heavy metal polluted cities in China.
