The Treatments of Variant Forms of the Same Word in the Contemporary Chinese Dictionary(《现代汉语词典》)

《现代汉语词典》所收录的异形词可以分为两类:《第一批异形词整理表》收录的异形词和《第一批异形词整理表》未收录的异形词。其中,后者根据推荐词形与非推荐词形之间的语义关系,又可以分为全等异形词、包孕异形词和交叉异形词三个小类。《现代汉语词典》对每一小类异形词的处理方式都有所不同,这充分体现出《现代汉语词典》体例的科学性和规范性。

The article takes the variant forms of the same word included in the Contemporary Chinese Dictionary(《现代汉语词典》)as the research object,and divides them into two categories:the variant forms of the same word included in The First Series of Standardized Forms of Words with Non-Standardized Variant Forms《第一批异形词整理表》)and the variant forms of the same word that are not included in The First Series of Standardized Forms of Words with Non-Standardized Variant Forms(《第一批异形词整理表》).According to the semantic relationship between recommended word forms and non-recommended word forms,the latter can be divided into three categories:congruent variant forms of the same word,inclusive variant forms of the same word and cross variant forms of the same word.The Contemporary Chinese Dictionary(《现代汉语词典》)handles different types of variant forms of the same word in different ways which can reflect the scientific and standard nature of the Contemporary Chinese Dictionary(《现代汉语词典》)style.
