摘要 晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs),作为葡萄糖及其他还原糖与蛋白质、脂类及核酸,经非酶促糖基化反应后的终末产物,参与了糖尿病多种慢性并发症、动脉粥样硬化、终末期肾脏病、阿尔茨海默病等疾病和衰老的发生、发展。多项研究表明,其在血管钙化过程中有十分重要的作用。本文就AGEs通过引起内皮细胞间充质转化,导致血管钙化的机制研究作一综述。 Advanced glycation end products(AGEs),as end products of non-enzymatic glycosylation of glucose and other reducing sugars with proteins,lipids and nucleic acids,are involved in the occurrence and development of many chronic complications of diabetes disease,atherosclerosis,end-stage renal disease,Alzheimer's disease and other diseases,and aging.And many studies have shown that it plays a very important role in the process of vascular calcification.The present article makes a review the mechanism of AGEs leading to vascular calcification through endothelial mesenchymal transformation.
