分析孟鲁司特联合布地奈德辅助雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘合并呼吸道病毒感染的临床疗效及对血清指标的影响

The Clinical Efficacy of Montelukast Combined with Budesonide Assisted Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Children with Asthma Complicated with Respiratory Virus Infection and Its Influence on Serum Indexes

目的:探讨小儿哮喘合并呼吸道病毒感染患儿采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德辅助雾化吸入治疗的效果及对血清指标的影响。方法:选取2016年5月~2020年5月小儿哮喘合并呼吸道病毒感染患儿170例,以数字表法分为对照组和观察组各85例,对照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德辅助雾化吸入治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、PEF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组相关临床症状消失时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IgA、IgG、IgM指标较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿哮喘合并呼吸道病毒感染患儿采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德辅助雾化吸入治疗效果较好,可加快临床症状恢复,改善其肺功能及血清指标,可临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of montelukast combined with budesonide assisted aerosol inhalation on children with asthma complicated with respiratory virus infection and its effect on serum indexes.Methods:The sample was selected from May 2016 to may 2020.The number of samples was 170 pediatric children with asthma complicated with respiratory virus infection.They were divided into control group(85 cases)and observation group(85 cases)by number table method.The control group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation,and the observation group was treated with montelukast combined with budesonide assisted atomization inhalation.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,FEV1,FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IgA,IgG,IgM and other indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast combined with budesonide assisted atomization inhalation is effective in the treatment of children with asthma complicated with respiratory virus infection.It can accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms,improve their pulmonary function and serum indexes,and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
