金刚藤胶囊联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片对围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者血清性激素及血管内皮功能的影响

Effects of Jingangteng Capsules Combined with Desogestrel Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets on Serum Sex Hormones and Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Perimenopausal Functional Uterine Bleeding

目的:探究在围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者中联合采用金刚藤胶囊+去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗对血清性激素及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选择某院2019年10月~2021年6月收治的184例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各92例,对照组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片,观察组加用金刚藤胶囊。比较两组治疗效果、性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、血管内皮功能及安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组的85.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度及血管内皮功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡雌激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))及子宫内膜厚度均较低,观察组血管紧张素(Ang-2)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均较低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.61%,略高于对照组的4.35%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者中联合采用金刚藤胶囊+去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗效果显著,能够使子宫内膜厚度减少,调节性激素水平,减轻血管内皮损害,且不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the effects of combined treatment of Jingangteng capsules and desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets on serum sex hormones and vascular endothelial function in patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods:184 patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding admitted to a hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 92 cases in each group.The control group was given desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets,and the observation group was given Jingangteng capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness,vascular endothelial function and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than 85.87%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the levels of sex hormone,endometrial thickness and vascular endothelial function between the two groups,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating estrogen(FSH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2))and endometrial thickness were lower,and the levels of angiotensin(Ang-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were lower,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.61%,which was slightly higher than 4.35%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding,the combined use of Jingangteng capsules and desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets has significant therapeutic effect,which can reduce the thickness of the endometrium,regulate sex hormone levels,and reduce vascular endothelial damage,with few adverse reactions.
