摘要
目的:探究唑来膦酸联合外科手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的疗效及对骨代谢活力的影响。方法:选取2019年6月~2020年6月在某院就诊的98例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组给予经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上另给予唑来膦酸治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:术后3个月、术后6个月,观察组骨密度与Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端肽(PⅠNP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平高于对照组,β-胶原特殊序列(β-CTX)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)水平与视觉模拟法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对OVCF患者采用外科手术联合唑来膦酸,与单手术治疗相对比,其可以提升患者骨密度,稳定患者骨代谢指标的稳定性,同时有利于降低患者疼痛程度,改善患者腰椎功能。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of zoledronic acid combined with surgery in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)and its effect on bone metabolism activity.Methods:98 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in a hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=49)was treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP),and the observation group was treated with zoledronic acid on the basis of the control group.Results:At 3 and 6 months after operation,the bone mineral density,type I procollagen amino terminal peptide(PⅠNP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels ofβ-collagen specific sequence(β-CTX),tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP),and the scores of VAS and Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI)were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single operation,surgery combined with zoledronic acid in OVCF patients can improve bone mineral density,stabilize the stability of bone metabolism indexes,reduce the pain degree and improve lumbar function at the same time.
