喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗双向情感障碍的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect of Quetiapine Combined with Magnesium Valproate in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder

目的:评价喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗双向情感障碍的临床效果。方法:将在2020年1月~2021年1月期间某院收治的86例双向情感障碍的患者作为研究对象,将患者分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组采用丙戊酸镁治疗,观察组采用喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和治疗前后的情绪状况,观察两组患者在分别治疗后的不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且观察组患者在治疗后其心理状态评分改善更优于对照组患者(P<0.05);从两组患者分别治疗后分析患者的不良反应发生率可见,观察组患者不良反应发生率比对照组更低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁应用于双向情感障碍中效果显著,可以有效改善患者的情绪状况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods:86 patients with bipolar disorder in a hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium valproate,and the observation group was treated with quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate.The treatment effect and emotional status before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse effects was observed in both groups after treatment.Results:The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of psychological status score in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The analysis of incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in both groups showed that the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder has significant effect,which can effectively improve the emotional status of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
