疼痛应激干预对创伤性股骨颈骨折手术患者血清NE、COR、NA及骨折愈合因子、髋关节功能的影响研究

Study on the Effects of Pain Stress Intervention on Serum NE,COR,NA,Fracture Healing Factors and Hip Function in Patients Undergoing Traumatic Femoral Neck Fracture Surgery

目的:研究疼痛应激干预的实施方法及在创伤性股骨颈骨折手术患者护理中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的100例创伤性股骨颈骨折手术患者随机分为C组和C+T组各50例,C组采用常规护理,C+T组采用常规护理+疼痛应激干预护理,于两组患者护理干预前后,分别检查疼痛应激反应指标(血清NE、COR、NA)和骨折愈合因子(血清IGF-1、BMP-2、PDGF),统计骨折愈合时间,评价髋关节功能(Harris评分)。结果:护理后,C+T组患者血清NE、COR、NA均低于C组(P<0.05),C+T组患者血清IGF-1、BMP-2、PDGF均高于C组(P<0.05)。C+T组患者骨折愈合时间短于C组(P<0.05);C+T组髋关节功能优良率为88%,高于C组的76%(P<0.05)。结论:于创伤性股骨颈骨折手术患者护理中应用疼痛应激干预能有效减轻患者疼痛应激刺激反应,加快骨折愈合进程,提高髋关节功能。

Objective:To study the implementation of pain stress intervention and its application value in the nursing of patients with traumatic femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods:100 cases of traumatic femoral neck fracture surgery patients admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into C group(50 cases)and C+T group(50 cases).The two groups were given routine nursing and routine nursing+pain stress intervention nursing,respectively.Before and after nursing intervention,pain stress response indexes(serum NE,COR,NA)and fracture healing factors(serum IGF-1,BMP-2,PDGF)were examined,fracture healing time was counted,and hip function was evaluated(Harris score).Results:After nursing,serum NE,COR and NA in C+T group were lower than those in C group(P<0.05),serum IGF-1,BMP-2 and PDGF in C+T group were higher than those in C group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time in C+T group was shorter than that in C group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip function in C+T group was 88%,which was higher than that in C group(76%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pain stress intervention in the nursing of patients with traumatic femoral neck fracture surgery can effectively reduce the pain stress stimulation response,accelerate the process of fracture healing and improve the function of hip joint.
