摘要
目的:对比等离子和环氧乙烷灭菌法在消毒供应中心腔镜器械消毒灭菌中的应用价值。方法:根据消毒方法的不同,将某院消毒供应中心回收的400件腔镜器械分为过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌组和环氧乙烷灭菌组各200件,对比两组器械的消毒质量(消毒合格率、器械表面菌落数和镜腔菌落数)、器械损伤情况(器械腐蚀损伤评分、粗糙度及器械关节灵活度评分)和物理性能(通电性能、抗折断性合格率、耐磨性能、切割效率)。结果:等离子组器械消毒合格率为96%,与环氧乙烷组的94%比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);消毒前后,等离子组和环氧乙烷组器械表面菌落数和镜腔菌落数比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。环氧乙烷组器械腐蚀损伤评分、粗糙度均低于等离子组(P<0.05),环氧乙烷组器械关节灵活度评分高于等离子组(P<0.05)。环氧乙烷组器械耐磨性能、切割效率合格率均高于等离子组(P<0.05)。结论:过氧化氢等离子低温对腔镜器械的消毒质量略高于环氧乙烷,但环氧乙烷灭菌对器械的损伤程度较等离子灭菌轻,且可有效维护器械的物理性能。
Objective:To compare and study the application value of plasma and ethylene oxide sterilization in the sterilization of endoscope equipment in disinfection supply center.Methods:According to the different disinfection methods,400 samples collected from the disinfection supply center of a hospital were divided into hydrogen peroxide plasma low temperature sterilization group(200)and ethylene oxide sterilization group(200).The disinfection quality(qualified rate of disinfection,number of bacteria on the surface of the instrument and the number of bacteria in the lens cavity),instrument damage(corrosion damage score,roughness and joint flexibility score of the instrument)and physical properties(electrification performance,qualified rate of fracture resistance,wear resistance and cutting efficiency)were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of equipment disinfection in plasma group was 96%,and that in ethylene oxide group was 94%(P>0.05).Before and after disinfection,there was no significant difference in the number of bacteria on the surface and the number of endoscopic colonies between the plasma group and the ethylene oxide group(P>0.05).The instrument corrosion damage score and roughness in ethylene oxide group were lower than those in plasma group(P<0.05),and the instrument joint flexibility score was higher than that in plasma group(P<0.05).The wear resistance and qualified rate of cutting efficiency in ethylene oxide group were higher than those in plasma group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sterilization quality of the endoscopy instrument by hydrogen peroxide plasma at low temperature is slightly higher than that by ethylene oxide,but the damage degree of the instrument by ethylene oxide sterilization is less than that by plasma sterilization,and the physical properties of the instrument can be effectively maintained.
